This Gold Story Scroll protects the guardian stone responsible for the fireball rain on Land 4. It becomes available after the player takes the Japanese village. The scroll itself will be located in front of the puzzle, close to the village.
It consists of a "Simon": the player must repeat the sequence that plays at the bell towers, but it's always the same every time it's played, which makes it easier to solve.
Assuming the player is looking at the towers from the same angle as in the picture on this page, the solution to the puzzle is:

Reward: After solving the puzzle, the towers explode, destroying the shield and the guardian stone, ending the fireball rain for good.
