creature swap
Creature swapping in Black & White allows the player to trade their current creature's body for a different one, while keeping the original creature's mind and trained attributes.
Since the creature's state is saved to the player's profile, creature swapping is independent from a particular save; if you save the game before swapping the creature, the creature will stay swapped even if you load that save.
Swapping the creature will slightly reduce their size (it is barely noticeable), but current attributes will be roughly the same, aside from the creature's base attributes (Lions gain strength faster) and innate behavioral tendencies (Cows tends to seek food more often even when not hungry) and the new appearance, obviously.
To perform a creature swap, the player guides the creature close to the new one and then activates the silver reward scroll above the new creature's head. The creature's previous body takes the place of the unlocked creature, allowing the player to switch back. Making a manual save after switching allows the player to switch back at any time, even after leaving this land.
